Please note that due to the limited seats available, this is an ” invite-only wedding “. The invitation you have received via WhatsApp must not be forwarded to other persons and has to be presented to our wedding planner at the event. We are looking forward to celebrate with you!
Course of the wedding
The wedding on Saturday, December 12, 2023 will be held at the Hermosa Garden Hotel & SPA in Nairobi. The schedule is as follows:
- 2:00 p.m. – Punctual arrival of the guests, aperitif riche (outside)
- 3:30 p.m. – Start of the ceremony (outside)
- 4:30 p.m. – Drinks & Snacks (outside)
- 5:30 p.m. – Photo session
- 6:30 p.m. – Dinner
- 9:30 p.m. – Cake cut & dessert
- 10:30 p.m. – Wedding dance & party
- 02:00 – End
Location
Mature trees on the farm planted decades ago, (many of them today are endangered) quiet fresh winds blowing through the valleys, and distant sounds of birds singing have always provided a profoundly peaceful and calming environment that we have enjoyed.
Together with the sweeping green grass, charming flowers and peaceful river valley, Naishola is a natural, magical setting where special moments are inevitable.
We are now honoured to share these exquisite and charming gardens with you and your guests – a gift that gives us happiness to share with the world.

Dress code:
We welcome you in a festive elegant evening dress in which you feel comfortable.
Contributions:
We do not wish any games or the like. Any contributions, such as short speeches, are to be coordinated with our wedding planner, Alex Baer (Tel. +41 76 539 85 28 or alex.baer@baerenhochzeit.ch).
Photos+Videos:
We have hired a professional photographer. Please leave your cell phone and camera in your pocket and do not take your own photos. We will send you the photos of our wedding after the event.
Overnight stay:
If you don’t want to travel home after the wedding, please arrange a hotel yourself. The Hermosa Garden Hotel & Spa has a limited number of rooms, but there are other hotels nearby.
